welcome to the mars cards creator community

Game enthusiasts, parents, educators, welcome one and all. My name is Jackson, and I’m delighted to have you here. Over the years of working on this project I’ve been amazed at just how powerful and versatile Mars Cards are, and just how much fun it is to imagine new games to play with them. I’m going to start with a rundown of how I intend for things to work here for the enjoyment of all.

As a supporter of the MCCC, you get all of the updates to our collection of original games before anyone else. Plus, and this is the fun part, you can send me games that you create or adapt, and I will personally playtest them. The best ones will make their way into the rule sets included with the physical copies of Mars Cards, with your name (or handle) at the top! I have no idea how popular this will become, so there may come a time when I need to sell tickets for playtesting in this way, but for now it is my intention that the $1/month membership will cover any interaction you want to have with the project.

Shout out to any speakers of languages other than English! I need some help translating these games into other languages so people all over the world can enjoy them. If you would like to help, please message me. There’s no money in it, but your name (or handle) will attach to any game you translate for me. Thanks in advance!

Finally, as we all know too well, the internet is a terrible place full of horrors and madness. The MCCC is intended to be a diverse, equitable, and inclusive place where all people (including and especially children!) can feel safe. This site will be strictly moderated, and any harassment or bad behavior will earn immediate and irrevocable banning. Play fair, and let’s have fun!
